It’s 2013 new planner time! Yay! I desperately needed a new diary, and while I contemplated getting a cheapie from BigW, I just couldn’t do it. For a start, it didn’t involve a trip to Officeworks or any seemingly non-essential stationery purchases. I didn’t want to go down the path of this year’s diary either, I wanted real leather, made to last more than one year, and with a big fat guarantee behind it.

Introducing Phil, the purple Filofax. A bargain on Amazon, even factoring in post, and not something I could ever justify buying locally for $150. (Sorry local businesses, but until AU prices reflect reality I’m going to take my business overseas. Take it up with your middle man.)

How does a disorganised person use such a luxury? Bit of coloured tape here, stickers there, erasable pen loaded and ready…
I even have a laminated blog post checklist page, I can scribble all over it using dry erase markers and then erase for next brain dump.
That last one is a teaching prac coinciding with school holidays. Because that makes sense.
